We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or the wrong product was sent by the merchant. If you receive such item, please contact us at Difacooper@ads.com.jo with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Customer should notify Difacooper.shop about their request to cancel/replace the product within 24 hours from the receipt of their order and the product must be in the same condition as received.
The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed:
-The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
-The product is defective.
-The product was damaged in shipping.
